We can use practical solutions and strategy to navigate anxiety and/or depression, addiction, violence, social challenges, learning difficulties, emotional challenges, or navigating life’s worries. Together, we can use healing strategies from a Western, Pacifica or Māori models, or your own unique needs and perspective.

I work with youth and adults to support personal empowerment and post-traumatic growth, via harnessing the innate wisdom of the mind and body in healing. I offer over 15 years clinical experience and training in numerous evidence-based modalities for trauma resolution.
