Anne Macann
Physiotherapist
I have been working as a physiotherapist combined Japanese style acupuncturist for over 35
years.
I use physical therapy for the joints and muscles combined with a very gentle mostly non-
invasive form of acupuncture called Toyohari. This involves the use of various tools (of
different metals) and silver coated needles that do not pierce the skin. It is extremely gentle
and potent and activates the meridian energy fields.
I treat people with chronic conditions, energetic issues, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety,
depression as well as physical and pain related musculo-skeletal dysfunctions.

Shona Collins
Dietician
There’s a lot of food noise and misinformation out there, and it can make eating feel stressful and confusing. My aim is to help people find a calmer, more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies.I work from a Health at Every Size® (HAES) approach and support gentle, realistic changes that fit into real life — not perfection or quick fixes. No matter the reason someone comes to see me, my focus is always on protecting and rebuilding a healthy relationship with food.
