I have worked as a physiotherapist and Japanese-style acupuncturist for over 35 years. I combine joint and muscle therapy with gentle, non-invasive Toyohari acupuncture using non-insertive silver tools. I treat chronic conditions, pain, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety and depression.

Shona Collins, Dietician. With so much food misinformation, eating can feel stressful. I take a Health at Every Size® approach, supporting gentle, realistic changes that fit real life, focusing on rebuilding and protecting a healthy relationship with food.
